Full-Time Farmer for English Speaking Indians in Jabal-Ali, UAE


We are currently seeking a full-time farmer to work on our farm located in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As an English speaking Indian, you will have the opportunity to be part of a diverse team and contribute your skills and knowledge to our farm operations.

Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate and harvest crops according to season and market demand
- Monitor plant health and apply appropriate fertilizers or pesticides as needed
- Operate and maintain farm equipment such as tractors, plows, and irrigation systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the farm including repairing fences, clearing land, and maintaining buildings
- Organize and manage laborers to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks
- Maintain records of crop production, expenses, and sales

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with other team members
- Prior experience in farming is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
