Junior Agronomist - Entry Level Position in Jabal-Ali, UAE


We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Agronomist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This is an entry level position suitable for both freshers and experienced individuals looking to kickstart their career in the field of agriculture.

As a Junior Agronomist, you will be responsible for assisting the senior agronomists in conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, and providing recommendations for crop management. You will work closely with farmers and other agricultural professionals to ensure the successful growth and production of crops.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data on soil conditions, plant growth, weather patterns, and pest infestations
- Conduct experiments to improve crop yield and quality
- Provide recommendations on fertilizers, pesticides, irrigation methods, and other farming practices
- Monitor crop health and identify any potential issues or diseases
- Collaborate with farmers to develop sustainable farming practices
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in agriculture technology and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Fluency in English (additional language skills preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with farmers and other professionals
- Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods of time
