Industrial Engineer - Haur-Fakkan, UAE (African Nationals Preferred)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex industrial processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting thorough analysis of existing industrial processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Designing new processes and systems that optimize production flow, reduce waste, and increase efficiency
- Developing and implementing cost-effective solutions to improve overall operational performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes
- Conducting time studies, capacity analyses, and process simulations to identify bottlenecks and improve resource utilization
- Utilizing data analysis tools to monitor process performance and identify opportunities for further improvement
- Providing technical support to production teams, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all industrial activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, methods, and tools
- Experience with process optimization techniques such as Lean Six Sigma
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Minitab
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- African nationality preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Haur-Fakkan and work on-site
