Mediation Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Mediation Specialist to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Mediation Specialist, you will be responsible for helping individuals and groups resolve conflicts through the use of communication and negotiation techniques. Responsibilities:
- Conduct mediation sessions with individuals and groups to help them resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Facilitate open communication between parties in conflict and help them understand each other's perspectives.
- Use active listening and effective communication techniques to guide the mediation process.
- Help parties identify common ground and find creative solutions to their issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout the mediation process.
- Keep accurate records of mediation sessions and agreements reached.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Mediator or in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain neutral and impartial in emotionally charged situations.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques.
- Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage but not required.
