Boat Helmsman/ Captain

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Helmsman/ Captain to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Boat Helmsman/ Captain, you will be responsible for safely operating and navigating our boats, ensuring the safety of passengers and crew onboard.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and navigate boats in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust routes accordingly
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the boat
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate effectively with passengers and crew
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests onboard

Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national with valid work permit in UAE
- Prior experience as a Boat Helmsman/ Captain is required
- Strong knowledge of navigation techniques and safety procedures
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work full time, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to live on board during trips (accommodation provided)
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
