Job Title: Construction Manager (Malayalees Preferred)

A construction company in El-Ain, UAE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee their projects. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee with fluency in English and able to handle a contract job without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Malayalee preferred)
