Junior Support Manager
We are looking for a driven and motivated Junior Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Junior Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. This is a full-time position, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of support staff to provide excellent customer service
- Train and mentor new support team members
- Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures and implement necessary changes
- Keep track of support team performance metrics and report them to upper management
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, as this role will involve communicating with English-speaking customers
- Previous experience in customer service or support management is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- A desire to continuously learn and grow within the company
