Construction Manager for Malayalees in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This role is specifically suitable for Malayalee professionals who are fluent in English and have a strong understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all construction activities on site
- Oversee project timelines, budget, and quality control
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are being followed
- Prepare progress reports and update project plans as needed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE or similar region
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
