Support Manager (Malayalee)
We are currently seeking a Support Manager who is fluent in English and of Malayalee nationality, to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of support staff and overseeing the daily operations of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of support staff to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports on departmental activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Malayalam is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with contract management and customer service principles
