Legal Adviser (English Speaking)

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on various matters pertaining to the laws and regulations of the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and have a strong understanding of Indian law.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal matters related to UAE laws and regulations
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on legal issues
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings or other legal proceedings as necessary
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations in the UAE
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure compliance with legal requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser in the UAE
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of Indian law
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory
