Part-time Agronomist

We are currently seeking a part-time Agronomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Agronomist, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and advice on plant and crop management to improve agricultural production.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys and collect data on soil, crops, and environmental conditions
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for improving crop yield
- Develop and implement efficient farming techniques and practices
- Consult with farmers on best practices for irrigation, fertilization, pest control, etc.
- Monitor crop health and make adjustments as needed
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in agriculture technology and techniques

Requirements:
- Degree in Agronomy or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in agronomy or similar role
- Knowledge of local climate, soil types, and crops in Abu Dhabi, UAE preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and own transportation

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week. As such, it is suitable for those seeking additional income or flexible working hours. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
