Our medical facility in Sakaka is urgently seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients and preparing the samples for testing. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and explain the blood drawing process
- Verify patient information and ensure proper identification before proceeding with blood draw
- Use sterile techniques to draw blood from patients' veins or capillaries
- Label and organize samples for transport to the lab
- Ensure proper disposal of used needles and other medical waste
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
- Follow all safety protocols to avoid contamination or injury
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with any patient concerns or questions

Requirements:
- Must be an Egyptian national (preference)
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
