Supply Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain process for our company. This includes managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products and competitive pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and make strategic decisions to optimize stock levels
- Coordinate with other departments to forecast demand and plan accordingly
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Ensure timely delivery of goods by monitoring shipment schedules and resolving any issues that may arise
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Train and mentor junior supply chain staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain management or logistics
- Strong communication skills in English
- Indian nationality preferred
- Ability to work full time in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of inventory management software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
