Resort Manager for Pakistani Nationals in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort located in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the resort are running smoothly and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all departments within the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service
- Monitor and manage budget and expenses to ensure profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of local customs, culture, and languages is preferred
