Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Dukhan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
