Wedding Planner


We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Wedding Planners to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of a couple's special day, ensuring that their vision and expectations are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and preferences
- Plan and coordinate all details of the wedding, including venue selection, catering, decorations, entertainment, transportation, etc.
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure quality services are provided within the budget
- Create detailed timelines for the wedding day and ensure all vendors are aware of their responsibilities
- Assist with selecting and booking hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests
- Manage RSVPs and seating arrangements for the ceremony and reception
- Coordinate rehearsals for the wedding party
- Provide on-site coordination during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or as a wedding planner is required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and vendors from different backgrounds
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- Proficient in using technology for event planning such as event management software
- Knowledge of local venues, vendors, and traditions is preferred but not required

This is a part-time position that may require working evenings or weekends depending on client needs.
