Our company is seeking a talented UI Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. We are open to candidates of any nationality, but English proficiency is preferred. This position does not require previous experience and no accommodation will be provided.

As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective designs. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Ensure consistency across all digital platforms by following established design guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI design work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Fluent in English (preferred).
