Responsibilities:
- Develop new product concepts based on market research and consumer needs
- Create detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes of new products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, marketing, and sales to bring products to market
- Conduct testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Excellent design skills and knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of materials, production processes, and manufacturing techniques
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
