Administrative Director - Indian Nationals (Contract)
A reputable company in Al-Wakra, Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of their office. This is a contract position open to Indian nationals with free visa and ticket provided by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Manage and supervise administrative staff
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the office
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for the administrative department
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for upper management
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and local laws
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a managerial or directorial position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding employment, contracts, etc.
- Indian national with valid work permit for Qatar
