Retail Sales Associate (Egyptian)

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Egyptian Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This is a contract position, with the opportunity for renewal based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Actively listen to customer feedback and address any concerns
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and company policies
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Must be an Egyptian national currently residing in Qatar with own visa
- Previous retail sales experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Fluent in Arabic, proficiency in English is a plus
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
