House Manager for Malayalees in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a household for a Malayalee family in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the House Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth functioning of the house, managing staff, and ensuring that all household tasks are completed efficiently and to the family's satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a House Manager or similar role is required
- Preference given to candidates from Kerala (Malayalees)
- Must be able to work legally in Qatar with visa sponsorship provided by the employer
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:
- Manage household staff including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee all household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, etc.
- Maintain household budget and handle all purchases related to household needs
- Coordinate with contractors for any repairs or maintenance needed in the house
- Plan and organize events or special occasions hosted by the family
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the house at all times
