Hotel Manager
A hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a qualified and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests
- Manage and train hotel staff to maintain high standards of service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel's services and amenities
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with budgeting procedures
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hospitality operations
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred
- Preference for candidates with experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region
