Art Director for Creative Agency (Pakistani or Malayalee) in Al-Khor, Qatar

Our creative agency is seeking an experienced and talented Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. We are looking for a Pakistani or Malayalee candidate who has a strong background in graphic design and a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall visual direction of our projects, ensuring that they align with our clients' brand identities and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for various projects including branding, advertising campaigns, social media content, and more
- Collaborate with clients and the creative team to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet their needs
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide guidance to designers to create innovative designs
- Create mockups, sketches, and storyboards to communicate design concepts effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our work to maintain a competitive edge
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous projects
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
