Waiter/Waitress

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Answer any questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
