Supply Chain Coordinator
A reputable company in Jabal-Ali, UAE is seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and attention to detail, as well as experience in supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient storage and distribution
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming shipments and work with suppliers to resolve any issues
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or any other supply chain related concerns
- Analyze data and create reports on supply chain performance for management review
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics coordination
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of Pakistani market trends and suppliers preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Must be willing to relocate to Jabal-Ali, UAE
