Job Title: Seasonal Work Coordinator


Our company is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Seasonal Work Coordinator to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This position is open to candidates of all genders and does not require English proficiency. However, we are specifically looking for Indian nationals with prior experience in seasonal work.

As the Seasonal Work Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the hiring process for seasonal workers. This includes recruiting, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates, as well as ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and on time. You will also be in charge of creating work schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring the performance of the seasonal workers.

The ideal candidate for this role should have prior experience in a similar position and be familiar with the recruitment process for seasonal workers. You must also possess excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team of workers.
