We are currently seeking a qualified Property Valuation Expert to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a Property Valuation Expert, you will be responsible for assessing the value of different types of properties in order to provide accurate and reliable valuations for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of various properties to determine their market value
- Inspect properties and gather information on features, condition, and location
- Use industry standards and methods to evaluate the value of properties
- Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations based on your findings
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes in property values
- Collaborate with other professionals such as real estate agents, appraisers, and lawyers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Valuation Expert
- In-depth knowledge of property valuation methods and techniques
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
