Oenologist


We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of wine, from grape cultivation to bottling and distribution. This role requires a strong understanding of winemaking techniques, as well as a keen palate for tasting and evaluating wines.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire winemaking process, including grape selection, fermentation, aging, blending, and bottling
- Conduct regular quality control tests on wines throughout the production process
- Monitor and maintain proper sanitation and hygiene standards in the winery
- Develop new wine recipes and blends to meet market demand
- Collaborate with vineyard managers to ensure high-quality grapes for production
- Oversee inventory management of wine supplies and equipment
- Train and supervise cellar workers in all aspects of winemaking

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Enology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in winemaking or vineyard management
- Strong knowledge of winemaking techniques and viticulture practices
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Indian nationality preferred
