Maintenance Specialist

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and structures are in good working condition.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and replacing equipment and structures
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance services
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations
- Provide support for special projects or tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in basic maintenance tools and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks
- Prior experience in maintenance is preferred but not required
