Public Relations Manager

As a Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies, managing media relations, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation
- Manage media relations by responding to media inquiries, arranging interviews, and preparing press releases
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders including clients, partners, and community leaders
- Plan and execute events such as press conferences, product launches, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor media coverage and provide reports on PR efforts
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into PR strategies
- Handle crisis communication effectively when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Malayalam is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience in managing media relations is preferred
- Proficient in social media management tools
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- UAE nationality or relevant work permit is preferred
