Merchandiser (Malayalee) (English Speaking)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, ensuring they are displayed in an appealing and organized manner. This position requires fluency in English and is open to Malayalee candidates who have experience in merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends
- Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate pricing for products
- Ensure products are displayed properly with attractive signage and pricing labels
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Train store staff on product knowledge, promotions, and merchandising techniques
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive sales
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
