Legal Adviser for African Women (Part-Time) in El-Fujairah, UAE


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to provide legal guidance and support specifically for African women in El-Fujairah, UAE. This is a part-time position that does not require English proficiency and does not provide accommodation. The ideal candidate will have their own valid visa to work in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to African women on various legal matters, including but not limited to employment rights, family law, immigration, and civil rights.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations in both the UAE and African countries.
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements as needed.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings or negotiations when necessary.
- Stay updated on any changes or developments in the legal landscape that may affect our clients.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times while handling sensitive information.

Requirements:
- Must have prior experience working as a Legal Adviser or similar role.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to labor rights, family law, immigration, and civil rights in both the UAE and African countries is required.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-native English speakers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have their own valid visa to work in the UAE.
