Digital Community Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As the Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online community through various social media platforms and online forums. This is a full-time position, open to Indian nationals with excellent English speaking skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital community strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Monitor trends and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Analyze data to track community growth, engagement, and overall performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the community experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Proven experience as a Digital Community Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one quickly
