We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our content marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing plan that aligns with our overall marketing goals and targets our key audience.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various channels including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new content ideas.
- Measure and analyze the performance of content marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage a team of writers and freelancers to ensure high-quality content is consistently produced on time.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with unique ideas for content creation.
- Proficient in using analytical tools to track campaign progress and measure success.
- Experience managing a team or working with freelancers is preferred.
