Support Manager (Indian/Malayalee preferred)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement support strategies to meet the needs of our clients
- Monitor and maintain service level agreements, ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of client concerns
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of biometric passport systems is a plus
