Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers. You must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to assist customers in their preferred language. A valid biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Actively promote and sell products to meet sales targets
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and maintaining visual displays
- Process transactions efficiently using the cash register
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
