Phlebotomist vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE

Phlebotomist/ Medical Laboratory Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Phlebotomist/Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in blood sample collection and processing, as well as strong technical skills in operating laboratory equipment and performing various tests. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.

Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques
- Label and process samples for testing, ensuring accuracy and quality control
- Perform various laboratory tests, including blood counts, chemical analyses, and blood typing
- Record and report test results accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist or Medical Laboratory Technician
- Current certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
- Strong technical skills with the ability to operate laboratory equipment and perform various tests
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinic setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
