Part-Time Construction Manager (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are urgently seeking a Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities according to project timelines and budget
- Monitor progress and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
- Oversee quality control of materials and workmanship
- Communicate regularly with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Provide regular updates on project status to management team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
