Support Manager (Indian Nationals Only)
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of support staff, providing guidance, training and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain service levels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality of support services.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing customer needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our services.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
