Oenologist for a Winery in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Oenologist to join our winery in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and quality control of our wines. Your main duties will include conducting experiments and analysis to improve wine production, developing new blends and flavors, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Oenology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of winemaking processes and techniques
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one
