Agronomist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agronomist Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Agronomist Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Agronomist in the planning, implementation, and management of agricultural research projects. This role is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. Preference will be given to Indian nationals with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting field experiments and collecting data on crop performance
- Conduct soil analysis and make recommendations for fertilizer application
- Monitor weather conditions and provide recommendations for irrigation and pest control
- Assist with crop planning and budgeting
- Collaborate with the Agronomist to develop sustainable farming practices
- Support the development of training materials and conduct workshops for farmers
- Maintain accurate records of research findings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of crop production techniques, soil science, and pest management
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or other Indian languages
- Must have own visa in UAE
