We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in Sakaka, Saudi Arabia. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for medical testing, transfusions, donations, or research. This role is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have experience in phlebotomy.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and explain the blood drawing process
- Identify the best method for drawing blood based on patient's age, health status and condition
- Prepare the necessary equipment and supplies for blood collection
- Use sterile techniques to draw blood and properly label samples
- Ensure patient's comfort during the procedure
- Accurately record patient information and maintain confidentiality
- Properly dispose of used needles and other medical waste
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in phlebotomy preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Phlebotomist
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of proper infection control procedures
- Must be able to handle confidential patient information with care
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
