We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain and procurement processes for our company. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual with strong leadership skills and a background in supply management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
- Source potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with key vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process
- Train and manage a team of supply chain staff to ensure smooth operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in supply management techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply management or procurement
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Experience using supply chain software (e.g. SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
