Retail Sales Associate

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail store
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Meet sales targets and contribute to store's profitability

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred but not required
- Fluent in English with basic knowledge of Arabic (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Preference given to Indian nationals residing in Medina
