Job Title: Call Center Representative (Malayalee)
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Malayalee speaker, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our English-speaking customers from various nationalities. This is a full-time job opportunity and we welcome candidates with their own visa.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about products and services, as well as resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Upsell products and services when appropriate
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalee and English (spoken and written)
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a call center representative
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
