We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products and upselling to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist with receiving and restocking merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Willingness to learn about our products and services
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation
- Valid work visa for Saudi Arabia
