We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxurious resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the resort, from guest services to staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests
- Oversee all departments within the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Manage all reservations and room assignments
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of performance
- Monitor budgets and financials to ensure profitability
- Develop promotional activities to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local authorities

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Resort Manager or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems (e.g. Opera)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
