Online Consultant for Indian Nationals in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Assist clients with any technical issues or questions they may have
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and strategies for client engagement

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Al Kharj or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as an online consultant or customer service representative
- Ability to work independently and remotely without accommodation provided
- Own valid visa for working in Saudi Arabia
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Previous experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds is preferred
