Information Security Analyst

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Information Security Analyst for our company based in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company's information assets. This is a part-time position suitable for English-speaking individuals with Indian nationality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity or unauthorized access
- Investigate security incidents and provide timely resolution
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to ensure the company's protection against potential attacks
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security analysis or related roles
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security tools
- Experience with biometric passport systems is preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex security issues
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS
- Strong communication skills in English
- Indian nationality preferred
