Industrial Engineer - Contract Position (Malayalees Preferred)


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar on a contract basis. This position is open to Malayalees and English speaking individuals who have experience in industrial engineering. As this is a contract job, the successful candidate will not be provided with accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve production processes and eliminate inefficiencies
- Analyze production data and make recommendations for improvement
- Design layout of equipment and workspaces for maximum efficiency
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for various production tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Experience with time and motion studies, process improvement, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid work visa for Qatar (sponsorship available)
